Optional external steam unit
Patented technology features a stainless steel built-in steam unit that produces uniform and sufficient steam particles for thorough absorption by the product surface. Each steam unit is an independent component and can be added later to meet customer needs, facilitating installation and maintenance.
Strong thermal insulation
The furnace body is surrounded by high-density rock wool (100kg/m³) with a high thermal insulation coefficient, effectively reducing heat loss. Alumina silicate wool boards with superior thermal insulation properties are used between each layer to prevent temperature cross-contamination.
Furnace door
The standard top-hinged glass door features a single piece of LOW-E glass, boasting an elegant appearance and easy visibility and operation. It is equipped with a red silicone sealing strip for heat insulation, durability, and affordability.
