Sinmag – DIV 20 Rectangular Dough Divider

The Sinmag DIV-20 Rectangular Cut Divider divides dough evenly each time, and saves 10-20 seconds when being compared to manual division. Able to handle many different dough volumes and change the desired dough weight easily.

This divider is able to divide dough piece of 100 g ~ 800 g. The dough tank has a maximum capacity of 16 kg per batch of dough. Depending on the final dough weight per piece, the operator needs to feed into the hopper, the total dough weight of 16 pieces of dough pieces.

Example, if you need the dough weight to be 200 g per piece, then you will need to multiply 200 g x 20, giving you a total dough weight of 4000 g. That means when you place a dough slab of 4000 g, after the machine divides, you will get dough portions of 200 g.
