The best of two baking worlds.

The MIWE backcombi provides room for your ambitions. It combines the active heat of the convection baking oven MIWE aero or MIWE econo with the gentle baking atmosphere of the deck baking oven MIWE condo – thus combining two oven systems in minimum space (which can then be used for a suitable proofing cabinet) for exceptional baking variety and very high sophistication. Each of the two ovens in the MIWE backcombi is a proven expert in its field. The MIWE condo in the MIWE backcombi can be optionally equipped with one or two baking chambers.

MIWE backcombi has everything that distinguishes a genuine bakery baking oven.

  • The full range of baking is possible: from sensitive, light pastries to heavy, farmhouse-style breads (aero e+ and condo).
  • The FP control system provides a uniform control system for all equipment. For more comfort, the aero e+ can be equipped with the Touch Control MIWE TC.
  • The MIWE backcombi offers the ideal baking atmosphere for each product.
  • In a compact space, it combines the highest possible flexibility with the highest quality standards.
  • Ideal for vocational schools, laboratories, experimental bakeries for product development etc.
