Kone – Retarder Prover Cabinet

Our retarder-prover cabinets are designed for the best management of the proving cycle, controlling temperature, conservation, proving times, and relative humidity with maximum security and precision.

Made to the highest quality standards, Cabinets are entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel and constructed in one-piece structure with 75mm thick high density polyurethane insulation.

They have pressed bottom with rounded corners for an easy cleaning and are equipped with air ducts specially designed to give uniform air circulation.

The inside humidity is produced by a steam generator and is controlled and regulated by the “touch” 5'' electronic control board easy and intuitive to use with the possibility to memorized up to 100 programs (10 favorite) and the selection of 7 languages.

The cabinets can accomodate 40x60cm and 60x80cm trays.
